Butt Sworkit is a app that helps you get a nice Brazilian butt it provides 3 unique workouts such as Glute Blast, Brazilian Lift, and Feel the Bun. The routines guides you through video exercises demostrated by professional personal trainers. It also provides workouts that fit your schedule.
30 Day Ab Challenge is one of my favorite apps that I go to when I do my fitness routine. The 30 Day Ab Challenge is a simple 30 day exercise plan, where you do a set number of ab exercises each day with a rest days thrown in! I’m on day 5 comment and tell me what you’re on . I definitely recommend this app if you want them perfect abs for the summer.
Health app is the ability for you to monitor your running using the iphone’s motion sensors, enter your body measurements and more.
7m Fitness is a easy app to use for working out and has a great selections of workouts. You can also use this on a apple watch. 7M Fitness effectively increases your metabolism, so the benefit is in effect throughout the day. Not only it instructs you along the workout, but it tracks your results and encourages you along.
7MinButt is your own personal training coach. This app is the easiest and most effective way to help you get a tight and toned butt. I only recommend this to women only.
30day Butt is one of my favorite app to use when i want to work on my butt. The 30 day squat challenge only has 1 exercise which you have to do each day, and the time spent doing the exercise slowly increases by day to help you build up your core body.
